Valet parking was convenient. We figured out the river walk is a short walk away, which was really nice. We had a suite, and we liked the room layout: one long room with the bedroom at one end, living room at the other end, and the bathroom and kitchenette in the middle. The only negative was our room was above the doorway to the bar entrance, and I think there was a speaker by the doorway playing loud music to draw people in. We go to bed early, so that was a little annoying. But even with that, I would stay there again.
Convenient location and friendly Staff. However, the tv did not work. Manager on duty was notified, per manager had personnel on duty that could fix it and would send up to our room. My husband and I left for the evening and the tv never did work.
The hotel is in a very convenient location. The valet service is really nice. The room we were given originally had a really noisy motor so we were changed to a different room. The next room we got two had three large cockroaches run out from under the bed. Not ideal.
