I had a medical emergency during my vacation where I needed help and she was not only understanding but so helpful during my stay even though I was a complete stranger to her. The manor and room itself was so clean, comfortable, cozy and beautiful! The bed was super comfortable and the room was cozy. It was so much better than a hotel stay and I recommend it to anyone who wants to experience that historic manor feel opposed to a modern hotel.
