Some staff smelled like marijuna. Some were walking around with hoods on! There was only one food option and the food we were served for dinner was terrible. Also, the temperature in the room frigid and we could not adjust with the thermostat. The refrigerator needed to be defrosted. There was a huge block of ice on the walls that impacted my ability to place things in the fridge. Again back to staff, each time I needed to speak to someone at the front desk, it felt like pulling teeth, they always seemed Iike they had something better to do. In one instance I stood st the front desk for about 2 minutes while the staff member was seated looking down at his phone with no idea that I was there.
