I gave the Nest only 4 stars for two reasons, This is by no means a bad review, just a couple observations. 1\. The bed is very soft. It’s great if you like soft, but I have a bad back so it was a bit too soft for me. 2\. It is a bit small, Great for a single a bit cramped for a couple. Yet still doable for a couple. The only trouble I had was with check in, the keypad on the door was not working; however the host was immediately responsive to my panicked text and the issue was resolved with only very minor inconvenience. The bed was very comfortable and I slept SO well the second night (once I realized I needed to close the curtains to block out the streetlights).
