"Beautiful property and our carriage house apartment was fantastic. Spotless and especially loved relaxing on the huge front porch of the main house. Great coffee shop and restaurants within walking distance. Loved being in the quiet part of Savannah but so close to get into downtown. Owners were great to visit with too. "

"This is a beautiful property, as you would expect, but hindered in weird ways by its location and nightlife. Both my wife and I were surprised at how noisy our room was, despite facing the river, with near constant revving engines, subwoofers, or in case of our last night, a small group blasting music from 2-430AM at the park across the street. I don't think we slept more than a few hours any night. The staff was phenomenal and helpful, the building is beautiful and the rooms are tidy....

"OH MY GOODNESS! EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! SPECTACULAR! The yard and home are beautiful. I received a very warm welcome from Chemise. She served delicious breakfasts in the dining room every morning and was always available if I needed anything. Outside there are garden areas with chairs and tables. It was wonderful to sit and relax while hearing their water fountains. Amethyst Garden Inn is in a great neighborhood. Easy to walk to restaurants, shops and tourist spots. The very elegant room I stayed...
