Sep 26, 2023 #### Great Unit As advertised, nice unit, very clean, comfortable sofas, beds, well stocked kitchen, great decor etc. Reviews gave us a heads up regarding the noise level being an end unit on a busier street, so white noise on our phones and earplugs did the trick. I recommended owner put in blackout curtains in addition to the blinds in the front and side bedroom to better shield the bright streetlights. But in case they don’t, bring a sleep mask. We especially liked how close Kroger is! The place was extremely clean and decorated cute. The reviews said it was nosey and it is, but didn't bother us at all. The ear plugs in the bathroom was a nice touch! I would suggest blackout curtains as it is very bright in the bedrooms when trying to sleep even with the blinds closed. The toilet paper is very rough, bring your own! Same with the paper towels! There was not an iron which I found odd. When traveling it's nice to be able to iron your clothes that have been in your suitcase. The beds and pillows are nice a comfortable. The linens are a nice quality as well. Very clean. My main concern was that the maintenance of the property needs to improve. Ice maker did not work, spin dry cycle on washing machine didn't do the job. Clothes were very wet even after the cycle. The air filters for the cooling/heating system were absolutely filthy which may have been partly responsible for a leak that occurred on our last day. Sadly management was not great about communicating. I was in contact with Vacasa regarding some concerns left in the reviews from previous clients at least a week before our stay. The woman I spoke to informed me there would be plenty of ice trays for eight people since the ice machine was broken. There were no ice trays once we arrived. I contacted vacasa once we arrived and told me they would have the local management will reach out. No one reached out. Also, the water in the fridge is gross. Be prepared to buy your own water. There were black chunks coming out. We didn’t let this issues ruin our stay but would have liked a response from local management to fix the issues. ##### annie c.
