"On the first night they halfway cleaned my room - they took all the bedding off but didn’t replace it, took all the towels but didn’t replace them, took all my own personal drinks out of the fridge, etc It was like they thought we left and when I called the front desk all they said was they would let the person over housekeeping know and they would send someone up with sheets, pillowcases, towels, etc but that the person doesn’t know how to make the bed so I would have to do that. There was no compensation."

"It’s was clean and conveniently located. It could use a touch up on paint and bathroom area but overall good place to stay. Oh and beware that the windows are super thin so you will likely hear everything, everyone and every truck driving by."

"We loved this property and its amenities - hands down, fantastic. However, the additional fees were extensive and not well understood in advance. I get it that popular areas can charge a lot, but large resort fee, large parking fee along with mandatory valet parking (and aggressive tip expectations) and a $50 fee to check in a little early when our room was actually ready (we declined) seemed excessive. Please just bundle it into the cost upfront so it isn't a constant irritation."

"Positives: - The hotel is in an excellent location, perfect for walking to pretty much anywhere you might want to go. - The staff were all very helpful and friendly; we arrived at the hotel before check-in time and wanted to enquire about leaving bags so we could explore the area, and unprompted they let us know that our room was ready and we could check-in now. - There was an issue with the room we booked and so they upgraded us to a larger suite room, free of charge. - Wide range of breakfast options including freshly cooked hot food - Nice toiletries available in bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion) Negatives: - The AC unit was old and would keep turning itself off, rather than maintaining a consistent temperature and automatically turning on once the temperature increased. This meant that the room would get very hot at night and we had to keep getting out of bed to manually turn the unit back on - The room was clean on the surface level (eg - bedding and bathroom were very clean) but the AC unit had thick dust in the vents, as well as the bedroom window being covered in a layer of dirt - The curtains didn't block out much light. Having a bedroom facing the street meant that our room was quite bright all night - Valet parking is expensive, but this seems to be the same cost everywhere in the area In general it was a good stay and I would recommend to anyone looking for a reasonably priced hotel in an excellent location."

"The location was perfect for walking and exploring. The check in was easy and included a complimentary cocktail. The rooftop pool was fun and they do smores by the pool area fire pit every night. Rooms were nice. Staff was kind. Had dessert at the bar one night - excellent food and service. 10/10 would stay here again!"
