EdifĆ­cio tranquilo, seguro, bem ventilado, muito bem localizado e com muitas opƧƵes p/ lazer e alimentaĆ§Ć£o sem necessidade de utilizar carro. Tv a cabo com todos os canais de nosso interesse, inclusive esportes. Excelente comunicaĆ§Ć£o com o proprietĆ”rio e nesse perĆ­odo nĆ£o ocorreu nenhuma intercorrĆŖncia ou imprevisto.
