Villa Palazzo is a semi-detached house with two storeys, offering a vacation rental in Rijeka, Croatia. It boasts a beautiful outdoor space with a shared swimming pool, terrace, and garden furniture, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunny, elevated position. Inside, you'll find modern amenities like internet WiFi, central heating, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer. Parking for two cars is conveniently available on the premises.

Immerse yourself in the tranquil surroundings of Villa Palazzo. Enjoy shared access to the angular swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 155 cm, available seasonally from May 1 to October 20) with an internal staircase, outdoor shower, table tennis, and a spacious terrace spanning 40 m2. The property also boasts a private terrace measuring 63 m2, perfect for alfresco dining with garden furniture. The outdoor areas are meticulously maintained by the owner and gardener.

Villa Palazzo offers a prime location, just 200 m from the center of Lovran and 500 m from the sea and beach. Nearby amenities include a supermarket within 450 m, restaurants and cafes within 200 m, and a bus stop just 350 m away. Nature enthusiasts can explore the walking paths starting 500 m from the house.

While staying at Villa Palazzo, you'll be within close proximity to several attractions. The pebble beach is only 500 m away, and a public bathing area is just 1 km from the property. Explore the charming town of Lovran, conveniently located 200 m away, offering a variety of dining and entertainment options. Additionally, the surrounding area boasts scenic walking paths, perfect for outdoor adventures.

This 5-room semi-detached house spans across 190 square meters, spread over two levels, with a rustic and luxurious furnishing style. The spacious living/dining room measures 95 square meters and is equipped with cable TV (flat screen), leading to a terrace. The large, open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate guest toilet on the main floor.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property boasts a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation experience. It features air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue (portable), a dishwasher, heating (available at an extra cost), a microwave, and a television. The maximum capacity is 8 guests, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms available.  
  
Other Information  
The upper floor comprises four bedrooms, each with its own unique layout. One room, measuring 23 square meters, includes a dressing room with a French bed (200 cm length), a shower/WC, and a double hand-basin, leading to a balcony. Two additional rooms each feature a French bed (150 cm, length 200 cm) and access to a balcony. The fourth room also has a French bed (150 cm, length 200 cm) and a shower/WC. The property offers a balcony of 6 square meters and another balcony spanning 11 square meters, both providing scenic views of the sea. It is equipped with terrace furniture and a box-room.
