A few minutes walk from The National Gallery and Trafalgar Square and close to all the famous London Historical sites! Getting Around: Covent Garden Underground Station (Piccadilly line direct from/to Heathrow Airport) is at the end of the road. There are so many restaurants (Carluccio’s, The Ivy to name two), famous theatres and bars close by that we can’t name them all here! In fact, there is so much to see on-foot, within your immediate vicinity, you won’t need to use the Underground at all if you choose not to! Also within easy walking distance is Piccadilly Circus, the River Thames and its South Bank attractions, Trafalgar Square and 10 Downing Street. I was met by Mustafa who let me in and helpfully carried my suitcase up the stairs. The flat is exactly as described and I had no problems whatdoever. Upon arrival, it was clear the flat had not been properly cleaned. We found hair on the bed and in the shower, stains on the couch and towels, a cigarette butt on the floor, and layers of dust throughout. The linens smelled musty, as if they hadn’t been washed recently.The heating was also insufficient for the size of the flat, and there were no instructions on how to adjust it, leaving the space uncomfortably cold. While additional heaters were provided, they were inadequate.We ended up booking a hotel for the remainder of our trip because the property didn’t meet even basic cleanliness and comfort standards.I hope the owner addresses these issues for future guests, but I would not recommend this property based on our experience. ##### Jeremy B.
