Situated in a quiet urban residential area, yet just a short stroll from Peckham High Street and Burgess Park, this spacious 1950's apartment offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience.  
  
Recently refurbished, this charming abode boasts an abundance of natural light, solid wood floors throughout, and a delightful south-facing balcony adorned with a table and chairs, offering a serene spot to soak in some fresh air and greenery.  
  
Step into the spacious living room, where a dining table and chairs await, offering a perfect spot to enjoy meals while overlooking the balcony and surrounding trees, providing a tranquil retreat after a day of city exploration. Relax on the large comfy sofa and indulge in entertainment on the Samsung 40' SMART TV, creating the ultimate relaxation experience.  
  
Discover two double bedrooms, thoughtfully designed to ensure ample space for your stay. One bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed, while the other offers two singles, providing versatility to accommodate your needs. Each bed is adorned with crisp hotel-quality linen, promising a restful night's sleep in ultimate comfort and style.  
  
Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a NEFF induction hob, AEG fan-assisted oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and double fridge freezer, catering to all your culinary needs.  
  
Unwind in the bathroom, which boasts a luxurious bathtub and shower, while a separate toilet adds convenience to your stay. Rest assured, the bathrooms comes complete with fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries.  
  
Stay connected with super-fast broadband and take advantage of the office space, complete with an office chair and WIFI extender, ideal for remote work during your trip.  
  
The property will undergo meticulous cleaning prior to your arrival, ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment for your stay in Peckham.  
Welcome to your urban sanctuary where comfort and convenience await!You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.-I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!  
  
\-Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.  
  
\-I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.  
  
\-Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!  
  
\-Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.  
  
\-Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.  
Unauthorized late check-out will be charged at £50 per hour.  
  
Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
