The space
Main floor living space includes a couch, two accent chairs, a 30 inch SmartTV
along with a large fully stocked kitchen.

There are two sliding doors on the main floor that will open out to a patio with outdoor seating and a view of the lake.

There is one bedroom located on the main floor that has a Queen sized bed suitable for 2 adults, 45 inch Smart TV, a ceiling fan, storage for clothing in the closet and a full bathroom.

The Master bedroom is located on the third floor and has a King sized bed suitable for 2 adults including a 50 inch SmartTV, a large private bathroom, ceiling fan, a sliding glass door with access to the patio, a walk in closet, 2 night stands and a dresser.

The 2nd bedroom on 3rd floor includes a Queen size bed suitable for 2 adults with a 40 inch Smart TV, drawer space for clothes, walk-in closet, a ceiling fan & a sliding glass door with access to patio.

The 3rd bedroom on the third floor includes a full on full bunk bed with a twin trundle, a Smart TV, dresser & closet. (Top bunk has 350lb weight limit)

The third floor has a full bathroom with a bathtub that will be shared among the two rooms on the third floor.

The basement has a large sectional with a 65 inch Smart TV & game room. An air mattress will also be included with additional pillows and sheets. Suitable for 3 adults to sleep comfortably.

The basement has a full bathroom, pool table, ping pong table, dart board and access to the backyard which will have seating, a propane fire pit and cornhole boards.

All TVs will have access to YouTube TV

This home comes with a boatslip if you are bringing or renting a boat. Cleats, ropes and bumpers will be provided. We recommend having your own bumpers on your boat as well. We do not provide life jackets make sure you bring enough for all guests.

**We are not responsible for an damages to any water vessels parked in the boatslip**

Guest access
Guest will enter through the front door with a 4-digit code that will be sent on the day of check-in.

Other things to note
Each bathroom will be provided with 1 extra roll of toilet paper.

If you are planning on doing laundry we have provided you with a few tide pods.

One roll of paper towels will be provided and two extra trash bags.
