"The Drury offers so much value plus it’s clean and comfortable which is a priority. The staff are always amazing and it’s our go to hotel when we are in between DVC points!"

"Fairly convenient location, only a short walk away from Disney Springs and within driving distance to the theme parks. Service was average and reception seemed understaffed for the number of guests at the hotel. Rooms were a decent size but a bit dated/could use a facelift. We didn't use the shuttle as it seemed difficult to book and timing wasn't convenient. Overall it's a reasonable place for a short stay in the Disney area."

"The room was pretty clean, fresh towels. The toilet in the bathroom was so loose it looked like it was going to fall right off but I called the front desk and maintenance came up within 10 min and fixed it right away. The outlets in the room were the only issue. The usb connections - half didn’t work by the lamps and the regular plug outlets were loose. Def need to upgrade them esp add a USBC outlet. "

"A lot of hidden fees. Parking isn’t included and transportation to the parks isn’t free. It appears on the bill for a fee for transportation "

"First time staying at Coronado Springs Resort and was lovely. You do need to reservations way ahead of time for dinners or plan way ahead for walk ups. Room was decent for the most part, did find a hair in bathtub only downside."

"Laundry facilities use QR scan code system which blocked both my Visa and Debit card from being used and I wasted hours on the phone with my bank trying to get them functional. Tried machines again and card still didn't work called bank again and was advised the merchant wasn't accepting my cards now. The toilet bowl was filthy on the outside, and there was mold in the shower. The rooms had adequate AC but the rooms felt damp especially the bedding.Customer service at the front desk was hit or miss with being polite. Asked for room service three times in one day and it never showed up. A few days went to lounge by the pool and there was no where to sit or lay down. Would not go back."
