I contacted the hotel 2-days before we arrived to confirm a special request for my wife to make sure it had been met and was reassured that it was at the front desk. Unfortunately when we arrived the request had not been met, but I have to say if it wasn't for Victoria the receptionist who checked us in we probably would have been extremely disappointed. She went above and beyond getting management assistance to upgrade our room to make sure our request was met. We were completely satisfied and appreciative of her efforts and making our vacation as comfortable as possible. Thank you Victoria!!

They clean the rooms only after 5 nights. Hotel room and facilities were not clean. I had to wear flip flops inside the room at all times as carpet and bathroom floor were very dirty. There was peopleā€™s hair on the floor all around the hotel. Very disappointed and surprised that this is a hotel in the IHG chain.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Canā€™t complain, enjoyed the hotel. There was small kitchen in the suite that had everything you need (including dish soap and sponge). Comfortable king size bed with clean sheets. Great location if you are planning on going to Disney (10 min drive). Covered Parking for $20 per night (additionally). The only fyi is I would be careful with using their laundry, the washer machine was okay-ish but the dryer left some black marks on my clothes and a few T-shirts got shrank (even though the temperature was set as low). Overall all a very good place to stay.

They need to get better at making sure to have the rooms ready at check in time. We had to wait until around 5pm to be able to check in because housekeeping was behind on cleaning the rooms. They also should offer room service every other day and not just every 5 days if you are staying longer than that. Other than that the property is nice and clean and it is centrally located to all the Disney theme parks and not to far from Sea World and Universal Studios.

Our Candlewood Suites was close to Disney Springs and offered a convenient location to all other areas of Disney. Staff here were fantastic and the room was clean & quiet.
