"The villa was just as described. Margaritaville itself is very large but there is a free shuttle available that takes you to the front or near to the restaurants. The home is stocked for just 3-4 days so for my 10 days there, I had to run to target for trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. "Great little place, clean & well kept, we had 2 adults and 1 teen and it was perfect. Plenty of linens and toiletries. Nice small kitchen and 2 tv’s. So close to Disney if that’s your destination. Another reviewer mentioned the bed is hard and yes it’s somewhat stiff, not ideal but you’re only there for a short time. I have back problems and it wasn’t a game changer. Located in a nice area and I saw security and police patrols often, seemed very safe. I would totally stay there again!"

"The house was as advertised and more . Everyone had space and privacy. Easy access to the parks without having to deal with I4 traffic. Close to stores, supermarkets and places to eat. Rapid response with questions or concerns from management. We will definitely will satay here again."

"This trip was planned with a month to spare, and this location provided the best spot to stay for a trip to Disney for a few days. The house was large enough to accommodate a large family, and has enough bedrooms for everyone to get some privacy when they need it. It's located close to the parks, and it's easy to navigate around town. One item of contention is the house is so big and can house 15 people, but only 1 trash bag was provided. A few more trash bags would go a long way!"

"The property was beutiful and the location was perfect. The house was spacious and the kids bedrooms and gameroom were a hit. The pool and hottub were grest. We were a litte disappointed with the additional coast to heat the hottub and pool. The grounds and waterpark were awesome…much better than expected. There is a great basketball court, beach volley ball area and large soccer field. A little more generositu on TP and garbaege bags would have been apprecisted. Location to all of the Disney...

"This is a theme stay facility and my granddaughter had her pick of rooms. She went with Tangled themed room! The site was beautiful and well provisioned. There was a tear in the pool area screen when we arrived and it was repaired within a couple hours. On the weekend. I would recommend this place to everyone and hope it is available on my next trip."

"We rented the property to have a business retreat for the week. Location was a little further out of Orlando than expected, but not an issue at all! The only issue for us, was getting the address for the home at 5:00 pm day of check in. Understanding the reasoning from the owner though. The real address is actually about a 20 min drive to the Disney parks. The community is new and huge with a security guard entrance who were all friendly.
