I think it is outrageous to charge BOTH a resort fee AND a parking fee on top of the hotel booking fee. To pay $25 extra per day on top of a daily resort fee is too excessive.

Great hotel! Used to stay here a lot with my family when I was a kid so I wanted to bring my kids to try it out again. Great staff, who was very helpful and accessible, especially in the lobby. Room was nice but housekeeping threw away our cups and didnā€™t replace them the entire trip so that was as a slight inconvenience. Weā€™ll be back and maybe weā€™ll just bring our own cups this time.

If it wasnt for the manager of wynndam, i would had been stranded. Expedia why would you tell me my hotel was paid, but they're saying it wasn't. i asked if it was paid, due to the "recept" that said half my payment was paid. going there being charged a the full price, plus more. almost ruined my trip. and i tried to contact yall and no reply, i couldn't even type in the conversation bar due to being disable. so shame on yall.

We stayed here for the location. Being able to walk to Disney springs was great. The hotel itself is just okay. The pool is old, but clean. The pool bar staff were great. Really hard workers. The inside bar advertises happy hour, but really no good deals. The inside bar tenders were not very friendly and acted like I was troubling them for a glass of wine. Would love to see free refills on coffee.
