One of the most convenient places to stay if you travel alone with kids to Disney World. However, there are things unbelievable to charge: $20 per day per person for “resort fee”, $32 daily for “self parking”. The front desk lady asked me if I needed room service daily… it is a hotel, right? In general, the staff is very friendly. Not the young lady who helps at valet desk. But paying for parking and the resort fee is ridiculous, especially because there are two hotels and a couple of pools. However, finishing the day exhausted at a park and just get a boat to your hotel is wonderful!!! It is necessary to put pros and cons on the scale.
