The pool bar area was closed for renovations we were not told that when we booked, so that area of the pool was blocked off and did not look nice. The pool deck needed power wash and cleaning. There should not be dirt and mud next to my lounge chair. Most staff were friendly but gift shop attendant barely spoke. Restaurant staff was hit and miss. Some nice some just did their job. The views and amenities were nice overall but for the price we would not stay here again. The hotel catered very much to the large groups/conference people but not so much to the individuals.

The lobby and hallways were clean and up kept. My room was beautiful and clean up on entry until we noticed blonde hair in our towels, hair on the floor that was picked up my our socks, hair inside on the shower walls. I just had high expectations for the place since I was once a timeshare member and quickly realized we were separate. Upon checking in we were told that we had access to all 6 pools or what have you, but they failed to mention that the resort members had to let you in. So that was a uncomfortable feeling as if we did not belong. Our keys should have given us access to ALL like you mentioned upon check in. Then my fault....$30-40 a day parking geeze 😂....never again!!! I just expected more, I guess it time to get my timeshare back
