"Love the place!"

"My family and I really enjoyed staying at Phillip and Ambers property. The neighborhood was beautiful and they thought of everything- there were extra blankets and pillows, soap, games and even ponchos! I’m not sure that the cost for pool heat was worth it as it was still too cold to be tolerable but we made do inside. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and are grateful to our hosts for opening their home!"

"All of the other reviews sold us on staying here, and once we arrived, we were not let down. Upon arrival, check-in was very easy and what was really remarkable is the house is very, very clean. Furthermore, everything you would need to support a family is already at the house. Prior to arrival, we received a great email with suggestions about where to eat, things to do, etc. We spent some time in the community pool and water park, but our family actually really enjoyed. "The home was filled with kids coloring books, games, essentials, and pool toys. There were plenty of towels, bedding, & pillows. Everything was labeled so it made it stress free on finding things or trying to figure out what button worked what. We were very pleased and highly recommend!! Thank you!!"

"We just returned from a week long stay and were very pleased with the house! Everything was clean and as represented in the pictures and descriptions. There really was something for every member of our group! The house was also conveniently located to all the Disney parks. The only small issue we had was late night noise next door on one night. It didn’t last long, and you certainly can’t blame that on the property. Overall a wonderful stay!!"

This house is in a great central location for all the major Orlando activities - Universal, various Disney parks, Legoland, etc. Legoland is just under and hour away but the Disney parks are all within 25 minutes or less. The house offers 4 bedrooms each en-suites so everyone in the family has their own space.
