"Amazing location, beautiful resort. After a long day at the park it was nice to relax at this resort; the lazy river was a good way to wind down the day. Will be staying here again in the future. I highly recommend this location for anyone that is looking to have their dream Disneyworld / Universals Studios vacation. This was more price friendly than staying within the park but offered a lot of convenience due to the proximity to the parks."

"This property had a great layout and very spacious! The kitchen was stocked with the necessities. The bathrooms were also stocked well. Not those tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner but full size pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash! So nice!! Owner was very easy to access and quick to answer all questions or address any concerns! We will definitely book with Louie again!!"

"The resort was an A experience. Hans and Erma at the front desk were amazingly helpful, patient, and empathetic. Expedia on the other hand was poor in their handling of my lost reservation. Because of them, my checkin took over an hour. Ultimately they had to recreate my reservation since Expedia lost it. Since it took so long, I lost the only free time in my schedule that day. When I asked the virtual assistance “person” how Expedia planned to make this right, I had no response. Thanks...

"Beautiful! Fabulous location. Disappointed that our sliding glass door was broken and our air conditioning was non stop and stuck on 65. Everything else was amazing. Would definitely recommend and we will return as well. "

"It's a great property and I loved the cottage we stayed in. My pool time at the two huge pools was excellent! My one complaint is the cost of the drinks. I had the Margaritaville Pina Colada which was base price $17. A $3 service fee was added and a $3 gratuity. That's a $23 drink, which is excessive. The other drinks were priced the same. Plus the pina colada tasted terrible. I will stay here again, but won't be ordering any drinks. "
