« This property was perfect for our family vacation to Orlando. Traffic getting to and from Orlando can be a nuisance, especially on the weekend. But this property is perfectly located between Disney and Universal. The private pool was a hit with all the kids and teens. Property management was very quick to respond when we had some minor issues upon arrival. Overall, this property was perfect for our group of 7. Will definitely stay here next time we’re in Orlando. »

« Property itself was wonderful for floor plan and decorHowever - calls for a dead door lock on day 2...were not acted on until a second call had to be made at 10 pm at night when we had called 8 hours earlier.....frustrating as we had children that had to wait for an emergency technician - no followup until another call placed hours later... No lock box to gain access - response the next day was that they would have a lock box installed at this property, not helpful to us their guests locked out...

« The property is nice, but we had serious issues that never got corrected. We had hvac problems and the tech couldn’t fix it, and just brought box fans in to alleviate heat. It wasn’t a new problem and Florida vacation rentals was aware. The house shouldn’t have been rented until the hvac units were replaced. So the hvac guy with our group finally fixed the ac to where we could stand to sleep there.The other issue was electrical. We had one bedroom area and hallway that had no electric. That one...

« Great house! One caveat was they were still cleaning when we arrived, but we were swimming at the resort, so no worries...but I'm sure they had to rush then...bedding not on our bed but in dryer...no biggie. The pool heater was not on and we had to call about it the next day and they turned it on. Very attentive when we called. Would definitely stay here again! »

« The home was in the perfect location for all things Disney! It came with all the things we could have needed as far as towels, kitchen ware, etc. The pool was kept up and cleaned regularly and the trash pick up was so simple. Overall the property management company was very helpful and quickly responds. I will say that the master bed upstairs could use a new mattress but overall it was a great for our family and extended family. »
