We have previously stayed at Blue Heron Beach Resort about 10 years ago and were happy to return, the location really is fantastic. It’s so close to all the theme parks, shops, and restaurants, which made getting around incredibly easy. The views from the living room and balcony were absolutely outstanding and one of our favourite parts of the stay. The pool area is also lovely. The space was a good size for our family of four, and having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge bonus for a longer trip. It was also very helpful that some essentials were provided, including bin bags, washing and dishwasher tablets etc, which helped until we did a shop. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.While the apartment was generally clean, there were a few maintenance items that could use some attention and updating. Comfortable condo but there were a few issues. The screen on the deck is broken and unusable. The wifi didn’t work but the resort has their own you can use. Liked the jet tub but the water heater temp is set too low to enjoy it. The garbage disposal doesn’t work. Dark discoloration in corners of ceiling. Owner only responded promptly once. The location was perfect for visits to Disney parks. We enjoyed morning walks along the lakefront boardwalk/nature walk. Would definitely stay here again. Condo was clean and having two full bathrooms was very nice. Views from 9th floor over the lake were beautiful. ##### Kristen D. Communication was amazing with the owners very fast response. As soon as we checked i noticed things wrong with the property smalls things I just didn't want to be charged for. Again communication was good. The owners don't live by rental property. So they had no clue. The only thing that I did not like about the rental property was there was a smell. I'm not sure what it was.. i tried leaving the patio door open for fresh air. Even done a load of there towels just so fresh laundry was in the air to try and help but just could not get rid of the smell the property is worth a check if your plans as going to the parks close by. ##### Melissa M. It is well decorated and has a beautiful view of Lake Bryan from the 9th floor balcony. Loved the layout and space for 2 people was plentiful. The kitchen was convenient to use although could have done with more cutlery and plates. Also the condo could use a detail cleaning of the couch upholstery, cushions, living area rug, and floors. Noticed our feet were quite dirty when walking barefooted the first day. I did notice as well the ceiling stains and strange smell that others have mentioned previously. We had to buy air fresheners to offset that. Overall a pleasant stay and would rent again. ##### BARRY N. Unit was as described and response from owner was great. Only issue we had was with new app for using mobile phone to access the elevator and room. Only worked for elevator for us. If you're going to Disney or any of the other attractions, this is the perfect place for you. Traffic was a hassle on Memorial Day Weekend, but that's to be expected. ##### Jerry U. It was very nice and clean. A great view. Check in was very easy and fast! My only issue is the mattress was a king and the frame was a california king, so the pillows kept falling behind the bed until we moved it. Very minor though.
