Location is decent with close proximity to Universal, however, cleanliness was lacking. Several of the towels had long hairs on them and the shower curtains were moldy and mildewed. Room sleeps six however, barely had enough seating for eating—3 bar stools and a couch were the only options.

Great location. FYI location on vrbo map is incorrect. Building is kind of depressing, the convenience store was empty! Unit was very clean. Loose toilet and sink.

I had a wonderful stay at this VRBO rental! The property was in excellent condition, and I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and inviting space. The attention to detail in the upkeep and cleanliness of the rental was truly impressive. One of the standout features of this rental was its fantastic location. It was conveniently situated near all the attractions and amenities we wanted to explore during our stay. Whether it was restaurants, shopping, or sightseeing, everything was within easy reach. The layout and amenities of the rental were also top-notch. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the living spaces were cozy and well-furnished. Additionally, the owner was responsive and accommodating, making our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this VRBO rental to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained property in a prime location. It made our vacation truly memorable.

Needs to be Updated

The property name wasn’t divulged which made it difficult to find. Once we found it the check in process was confusing and slightly frustrating. Upon entering the unit we quickly realized that the place wasn’t as advertised. During our stay I messaged the host regarding my dissatisfaction in the cleanliness and maintenance items that needed tending to; amongst other things. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. She made every effort to accommodate us. There were some things that were out of her control but she listened to me. I wouldn’t recommend this for a family stay as the stink of marijuana is both interior and exterior. Overall the building is very run down and is in need of some attention. The location is great and close to a lot of things. It was advertised as a .70 mile walk to city walk but it was actually a 2 mile drive. That was a little disappointing, as I had planned to walk there during our stay but that wasn’t safely possible. Given some attention, I think the unit could have potential to be revived.

Only stayed one night because mattress was very uncomfortable and cheap. Furniture and fixtures were also cheap. If price is more important than being comfortable then this would be a good option. Place is 1.5 miles from Universal and not a 8 minute walk like advertised.

We really enjoyed staying here! It was the perfect space for my husband, three young kids, and myself. The location was PERFECT for all things Universal, and also easy to get to the Disney properties too. It’s across the street from Pirates Adventure, so check that out for some fun. I will note that the Pizza Hut in the pictures is no longer there, but there is one a few blocks away - we walked there just fine. Also, the laundry is coin operated. Not a deal breaker just nice to know. We would happily stay here again!
