We loved staying at this hotel despite some negative comments we had no bad experiences. For some reason, the hot water in our shower was not working, and Junior fixed it for us in no time. Will definitely stay there again.

Don’t stay here. There is a load bar in the lobby, and the rooms in the atrium are not sound proofed. Noise doesn’t die down until 11:15 pm

Didn't like the fact that you had to ask for your room to be made up. This is the Hilton not Hotel 6. I found the staff to be very curt and dismissive. The walls are very thin could hear screaming kids from the rooms next to us and the pool area. The location was great. Walking distance from Disney Springs. The rooms are very clean and really enjoyed the patio set up. The snack bar area was open until 1:00 am. That was great! They give you a free Dvd rental at check in. We also arrived earlier than check in (11:30 am) and our room was ready.

Property in a great location Spent 5 nights there and not once was my room cleaned or fresh towels exchanged for my dirty ones. I was asked at check in if I would like this service the said yes. Having just flown to the UK on business and post covid, I was shocked and disappointed by this type of service from a premium brand hotel. Having paid in my view top dollar to stay there I would have expected more. I did complain on checkout and was given 1 nights cost refunded, however I would expected at least half my stay refunded.
