The location of this place was great being that it was really close to just about anything in town. However, this place is not for light sleepers. The train and highway keep for a pretry loud surroundings whe sleeping at night. I also made nore that the house did have a sightly stale, smoke smell to it. Stairs to get in from the carport could be troublesome for people with limited mobility. The neighbors were somewhat noisy in terms of their vehicles late at night and dog early in the morning. This did not bother us, it was just noticed. I would stay here again when visiting Knoxville for a quick trip. Owner was great with communication. ##### Adam B.
