This budget-friendly basement studio in East Knoxville offers a no-frills, comfy stay with low ceilings and no windows. Enjoy a full kitchen, queen bed, washer/dryer, dining table, and TV/DVD. Perfect for a no-fuss stay, it's just 15 minutes from UT campus and downtown. Pet-friendly for well-behaved fur babies. With two apartments above, you're not completely alone. Simple, affordable, and convenient—that’s the vibe.  
  
The Space:  
Basement studio apartment. TV/DVD. Easy commute to downtown. Queen bed, dining table, recliner. Fully furnished kitchen.  
  
Guest Access:  
It is a private area so there are no shared access areas.  
  
Guest have access to the entire apartment.  
No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350)  
Disclaimer: Please note that occasional Wi-Fi issues from the service provider may occur. The host will not be liable for any compensation due to lost Wi-Fi connections experienced by guests.  
Local guests within a 50 km radius of the property are subject to approval.

ID and Verification: To comply with legal and security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, and provide a valid credit card matching your ID for verification. Depending on our screening results, additional credit card verification may be required. A security deposit may be needed (excluding Airbnb guests).  
  
Pet Policy:  
We welcome up to 2 pets on the property, subject to a non-refundable $150 pet cleaning fee per stay. No cats are allowed.  
  
Guest Support:  
Our team is available daily from 7 AM to 8 PM CT to assist with any questions.  
  
Sleeping Capacity:  
The home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will incur a fee of $50 per person, per night.  
  
Check-In/Check-Out:  
  
Standard Check-In: 3 PM  
Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.  
Standard Check-Out: 11 AM  
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:  
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM  
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM  
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM  
A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.  
Supplies:  
Basic essential starter kits are provided. For longer stays or additional needs, please plan accordingly.  
  
Smoking Policy:  
A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.  
  
Wi-Fi Disclaimer:  
Occasionally, Wi-Fi issues may arise due to service provider problems. We are not liable for any compensation due to lost Wi-Fi connections.  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
Through site, text, email. We are always accessible for any questions or issues a guest may have.  
  
Note: Once you confirm your reservation, you will need to complete your guest portal in order to receive your check-in instructions. Depending on the results of our guest screening tool, we will require some guests to provide us with their credit card information solely intended for additional verification. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in the property but we charge a nonrefundable pet cleaning fee of $100 per stay. My team is available daily between 7 AM to 8 PM CT to address your questions and concerns. For any food deliveries, Door Dash, McDelivery (McDonald's), GrubHub, 2eatn, Bite squad, and Uber Eats will deliver them all to you. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests per reservation. Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person per night. Standard check-in time is at 3 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate. Standard check-out time is at 11 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability. Check-outs after 3 PM will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate.
