The whole house is newly decorated with a colorful, fun beach theme throughout. Enter the main living area and enjoy the large windows showcasing the tropical scenic foliage. The space offers a comfortable sofa, mounted flat screen TV and access to the deck. The fully equipped kitchen has white and navy cabinets, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining table that seats six. There is a 2nd living space off the entry that has small couch with chaise lounge. Enjoy the gorgeous views from the porch, that seats 4, or the deck that's equipped with a gas grill and has steps leading to the back yard. A half bath completes the common space. On the second floor, you will find the master bedroom with a king bed, mounted TV, views overlooking the deck and en suite bathroom. The updated bathroom features vanity with double sinks and a tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a full bath in the hall with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom features two queen sized bed and a private bathroom a spacious walk-in shower. The home is equipped with washer, dryer and high speed wireless internet. Enjoy Kiawah Island's miles of bike trails, 5 world-class golf courses, renowned tennis center, Night Heron Park's nature center, boating, fishing, and nearby horseback riding on Seabrook Island. Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from downtown Charleston.
