### Key Colony Home with Dock and Cabana Club Access- Pets Welcomed
Beautiful two bedroom two bathroom home (half duplex) with 35ft of dock in Key Colony Beach, Fl. Enjoy ocean access within a 5 minute boat ride. Home features a queen been in the master bedroom and two full beds in the second bedroom. Home has an open floor plan design with kitchen and living room.
Chartered fishing trips, snorkeling trips, kayak, boat and Golf Cart available for rent upon request. We have established relationships with the local captains and rental companies to facilitate the rentals so that they are schedule and or delivered to the house prior to your arrival. Saturday to Saturday unless agreed upon

#### Exactly what we needed
My adult daughter and I do a road trip each year. This year, my mom wanted to tag along, so we've got 3 generations with all different quirks and preferences thrown into one vacation. This home was perfect for us. 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, 2 baths. VERY spacious, beyond clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to a little nook of a beach that had some gorgeous sunsets. Nice, flat, quiet neighborhood. Right up against the water - not the beach, but canals. If you're looking for a wild party atmosphere, this ain't it. If you're looking to relax, to enjoy the outdoors, and to be centrally located in the Keys, this is it. Frank was great - luckily, we didn't have any issues, but I know he was available at a moments notice in case we did. I will happily stay here again if the opportunity presents itself. Thank you for a great stay!!

Rented for 2 weeks and overall really enjoyed the house. Decent dock for boat and location for ocean was very close. Clubhouse is nice and enjoyed the pool. Short walk to watch the sunset. Property manager was spot on and quick response if you needed anything. Would definitely stay again.

#### Week with a Fresh Breeze
Outside of 20 knot winds all week, the place was great. Clean, set up well in the kitchen and very comfortable. If you're bringing boat, this is the place. Plenty of room for big trailer and two other vehicles. Loved it!

We had a great time staying here. Beautiful home and nice dock area behind the home where manatees like to visit. We don’t have a boat so we had kayaks delivered and used them to explore the canals. The host was great at communicating and responding. The community it’s in is awesome too. Glad we chose that home for our 1st vacation to the Keys.

#### Another Stay in Paradise!
We travel to the Marathon area every winter. This was our second time in Key Colony Beach — first time at this property. Everything was exactly as described in the listing and made for a perfect stay for me, my daughter, and my Boston Terrier. Frank was very prompt in all communications. We had a couple of incidental issues requiring a handyman and Frank had someone there to address within hours of my communication. Frank couldn’t have been a better host. The area is also perfect for all ages. We had kayaks delivered to the property and dropped them in the channel right behind the house. The Cabana Club is within walking distance for pool/beach access and has a great bar/restaurant that is open daily. Lots of other great restaurants very close by. Some of our favorites include Island Fish Company, Keys Fisheries, Stuffed Pig (breakfast), Lighthouse Grill, Burdine’s, Sunset Grill, and Castaway. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and hope to return soon…. Thanks for the hospitality, Frank!
