Jack was amazing at check in. He assisted us with parking, eating out and, after he couldn’t sort out the air conditioner in our room, he moved us and upgraded the room. Amazing service. We ate dinner at the onsite restaurant and had a great, value for money meal

We enjoyed our 2 nights stay at this property, have my 2 cents as below: 1) the lady at front desk when we cheyin was very rude, she tried to sell us another category of room as well citing that Expedia sold us a room they don't have, later we got what we booked. 2) The pool is UNSAFE: Both the main pool and the hot water have very sharp edges which can cause serious injury to the users even before they can realize the problem. I suggest immediate closure of pools and getting them fixed. I will write to report this to the BC licensing authorities.
