I’ve never met nicer staff and we travel often.. truly so kind and welcoming. We also loved our cabin - it was super clean, new, and close to all of the amenities while still remaining quiet. I can’t say enough great things about this place. The Cabin was the perfect size, with amazing windows to wake up and look out at the mountains. The Hot Pool spa was so awesome. Beds were not comfortable. Hot pools and cold pool was great. Kids had a blast. Kids loved the dirt bike track as well. Found a delicious ramen place in Revelstoke. Really liked the environment. Cosy, clean, plenty of facilities, nice outside area with fire pit. You also have use of the springs which was great at the end of a day. Staff were really nice too. The only downside was it was quite noisy at night. Not sure if it was a combination of road, train and aircon systems but it was slightly disturbing. Didn't disturb my husband however.
