Hotel staff was super efficient and capable, I was scared in the stair well though it was people doing drugs , rough crowd ☹️ but room was super clean , I’m not a big fan of fabric couches in hotels also. But room was very clean.

Overall it’s in a good location, was clean and quiet. Near Costco for getting gas and superstore if you need anything there. Good option for the price

Our room was not clean. Wall paper was pealing. There was toothpaste/toothbrush marks on counter from past customers. Walls, trim and floors dirty. Windows dirty with mold and dirt. Furniture dirty. I had to buy cleaner and clean myself.

I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. Doors and walls were dirty as well as all the trim. Wallpaper was pealing and trim was stained brown around toilet and tub area. I ended up buying cleaner and cleaning the bathroom. There was still someone’s tooth brush/toothpaste tube marks still on the counter. The furniture in the living room was not clean either. The windows were not clean and the window cills were dirty and mouldy. I probably would not stay again and the pop vendor was out of order. Too expensive for what we got.

Toilet area very small and the ladder in pool was too high off bottom of pool at 71 yrs old couldn't reach but hot tub was fantastic

Canadian brew house had a roof top dj night which you could hear clear as day til 2 am. Not super great with two little children. The bedding smelled of dirty BO and the bathroom was gross

The pet friendly rooms need some updates and serious cleaning. Multiple stains on sofa bed cushions and carpet, and underlying odor of urine. Understand the challenges presented with pets, but simply not cleaned to the specifications presented online or by the property.
