They were agreeable, and when language was a barrier, even those who didn't know English, they were fluent enough to understand what you were saying and what you wanted/needed and delivered promptly. While I did attempt to use my limited Japanese, it was just that, limited. Whenever I'm in Kyoto again, I would likely come back to this Inn. »

« C'était mon 2eme séjour dans cette hôtel, je suis toujours aussi content d'y aller. Le tarif est très abordable, il est bien situé et le personnel est agréable (et parle anglais !) Seuls bémols, les murs sont très fins, si vous avez des voisins indélicats on entends tout. La literie peut ne pas plaire. Contrairement à la plupart des hôtels du Japon qui ont des lits dures comme des planches, ici le matelas est très mou. Cela peut déplaire. »
