In a quiet area, in the heart of Sologne and on the edge of the forest, Maison Blanche La Framboisière, a charming house located in Isdes, welcomes you all year round.  
  
The estate is ideally located, on the border of Sologne and the Loire Valley, in the Vouzon and Cerdon area, at the gateway to the magnificent and historic city of Orléans and less than an hour from Chaumont and its Garden Festival. There are many possible activities that are quickly accessible, such as horse riding, swimming, antique shops, visits to cellars, vineyards and castles: the royal estate of Chambord, the Château de Blois, the intimate Château de Cheverny, the Maison de la Magie, the Beauval Zoo, etc.  
  
And to complete your stay, the restaurant Les Deux Bécasses located in the nearby village will allow you to taste specialties revisited with talent.  
  
Combining the irreplaceable charm of wood and old brick with a modern rewriting of its interiors, this warm Sologne house was renovated with refinement in 2022.  
  
In the heart of a typically Sologne and bucolic landscape and crossed by the river "Beuvron", the Maison Blanche La Framboisière estate is the ideal place for unforgettable moments, family reunions, seminars...  
  
Out of respect for the neighborhood, loud music is prohibited day or night, for any other noisy event please make a special request.  
Hunting is also prohibited on the property, which is monitored and guarded. This old farm of more than 250 m² includes on the ground floor a large living room of 60 m² with a large lounge, a dining room and a small library lounge with fireplace. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped.

In a wooded park of 40 hectares with ponds and meadows with horse enclosures with shelters available for equestrian tourism, the outdoor facilities offer terrace, swimming pool (11.5mx4.5m) fenced and heated from May to September, playground with portico for children, pétanque ground, ping-pong table, summer dining room, outbuildings and private woods, pond, ponds and private woods with walking and riding paths. You can observe the animals, pick mushrooms, enjoy the vegetable garden, collect chicken eggs...   
  
Local at your disposal with washing machine, dryer and household utensils.  
3 bicycles are at your disposal for you to ride. An annex building is at your disposal with table football and billiards.  
Private parking on the property and under a high wind.  
  
The price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, beds made on arrival. Garbage bins evacuated at the tenant's expense, please leave the linen in the bedrooms and bathroom.  
Cleaning not included 450€/stay extra.  
Animal supplement at 50€/animal/stay.  
Tourist tax of 0.70/adult/night
