We had private beach access close enough to the house for littles to go back and forth for lunch or potty breaks, and the beach was practically all ours. There is new construction going up next door which will bring more visitors. The pool heated perfectly. It felt more like a hot tub than a pool and the kids loved it. The adults enjoyed night swimming! There is only one common area but plenty of room for our group of 14, and every room had a king size bed! The kids loved the girls bunk room and boys bunk room.
