La primera habitación que s me asigno, tenemos a un olor a humedad y el mueble que servía de tocador estaba muy maltratado. Solicite un cambio y me dieron una habitación mejor, no olua a humedad, el tocador estaba en buenas condiciones pero las cortinas gruesas no se podían recorrer ni para cerrarlas ni para abrirlas.

Deberían tener más atención en la limpieza y más por lo del COVID ya que ni siquiera limpiaron el buró el segundo día, solo tendieron cama y pusieron toallas. No hay sillas para sentarse en el área de alberca, claro que deberían tener sana distancia pero se me hace incómodo sentarse en el piso

En el área de alberca se encontraba un grupo de aproximadamente 10 personas adultas entre hombres y mujeres ingiriendo bebidas embriagantes, escandalizando, con un lenguaje vulgar , música con alto volumen , no obstante que había familias y niños pequeños en la misma área. Sin que nadie del personal de seguridad les llamará la atención.

El hotel esta en muy malas condiciones de mantenimiento, lo cual le da el aspecto de sucio y descuidado, los extractores de aire en los baños están saturados de tierra, las puertas de habitaciones están golpeadas, no tiene chapa de seguridad por dentro, el estacionamiento que ofrecen como parte del hotel esta fuera del mismo en la calle y sin correcta iluminación, ni cámaras de seguridad. Falta cordialidad y amabilidad en el trato por parte del personal de hotel. Deben encontrar formas de uso de la alberca en esta etapa de contingencia, recomiendo reserva de la misma. La única persona amable y rescatable del hotel es el mesero de su restaurante, quien es muy amable; pero el hotel no le da los recursos necesarios para trabajar, no teniendo los alimentos completos que ofrecen como desayuno... quieres tocino no hay, quieres pan, no hay, quieres jugo esta viejo, quieres fruta, solo hay papaya,... no, no es verdad ya no hay papaya.

Lo que no me gusto que si tiene estacionamiento privado no me ofrecieran el servicio ya que mi vehículo quedo en la avenida principal y existe el riesgo que te lo puedan abrir. Felicidades al Restaurante el mesero del turno matutino con una actitud muy agradable y siempre al pendiente de lo que el cliente requiera.
