Feels like you are in a rural setting with the barn set in a low density built area, so the surrounding properties are on acre allotments so the view out the window is trees and not roof lines. Enjoy the sounds of the birds, goats and chooks in the background, but with in town living, derrimuts gym, shops and restaurants just 4 properties away!  
  
Enjoy all the beautiful wineries in the region and close by on the Bellarine Peninsula. Geelong CBD waterfront 5mins Drive. Or head down to the beach, Ocean Grove 15mins drive or Torquay 30mins Drive.
