We really enjoyed our stay at The Meeting Place. The place is beautiful and we saw a bear within a few hours of arrival. If you love video or interactive games, this is definitely your place. We all enjoyed playing. It was super hot when we stayed, so we didn't use the hottub, however, it was ready if we wanted to. The property manager and owners were only a text away. The amount of black bears we saw on the property was pretty cool. Seems like the property is on a game trail maybe. My biggest complaint would be about the bed in the master bedroom. This was hands down the most uncomfortable bed my husband & I have slept on from any vacation ever. It feels like a cheap, deflated air mattress. But other than that, it is a beautiful place. Huge living room with ample space and entire family was impressed by the first look of it. Greatly maintained. Enjoyed staying in the house for our vacation. Also had bear sighting on the last day in front of the home. Path to house was steep and requires caution. Dont expect much of a view from the house as the trees in the woods are tall enough to block them but remember, you are in Gatlinburg and can get awesome views everywhere so it shouldn't be a problem.
