Perfect Weekend Getaway

This cabin has everything you need for a weekend getaway. We loved the master bedroom with so many windows it was beautiful- you could see the lake and trees from your bed! Also, the hot tub was perfect, and everything was clean. No complaints! We will definitely be back. Convenient drive to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

We had a few issues and it was hard to get ahold of anyone. Came back on night and couldn’t get in driveway they did have a second drive. If I wouldn’t had rented a jeep we would have not gotten in. The neighbors trailer got a flat and put it in our driveway and the owner tried to say it was the city. Will not be staying here again.

Mountain Cabin

The overall structure and appliances of the cabin are great and the setting is beautiful. The cabinets and furniture are well used to the point of needing repair or replacement. I would recommend hooks / hangers in the bathrooms and bedrooms. Shelves next to vanity would be great for travelers. The master bedroom bed was comfortable. The pillows throughout were gross. I was afraid to touch them. The loft game room was great. The sofa beds were fine to sit on but in horrible condition when pulled out. It would be helpful to have a laminated cards for the televisions. I was able to figure them out by trial and error. Knowing the name of the cable company would be helpful. I think the DVD player would be useful in the loft. It didn’t seem to have access to TV and wasn’t SMART so we couldn’t cast.

Bad experience

When we got there we noticed everywhere seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile and the toilets where yellow so we tried to clean them and the where white again, the house is made weird noise like someone walking during the night and tv turning on in middle of the night, we had no trash bags and when I told the manager she said someone would bring the next morning and nobody came just a mediocre experience.

Gatlinburg getaway

We really enjoyed our stay in this cabin. Location was very peaceful! Overall very clean but a few light bulbs were out and kitchen area is very dark. Some under counter lighting would be a great add. Also the sheet selection for the loft was all twin and could also stand to be updated.

Family vacation

Prior to booking I read a lot of reviews about the cabin. Overall we had a great stay. There are a few things that really need to be taken care of at the property. The fire pit still does not work and it is not in their plans to fix it because from the reviews it didn’t work. I messaged the property prior to. So understand that you can’t roast Marshmallows with the kids or enjoy a fire it’s still broke for us that was important. The tv in the living (the xfinity box) did not work so my husband moved the equipment around from the bedroom to the living room so we could watch TV. So the broke box needs to be fixed. Cleanliness…..everything really needs to be dusted. There is A lot of dust throughout the home. The bathroom rugs really need to be washed or replaced. The sink doesn’t drain well so it backs up pretty bad. The comforters really need to be washed. Overall the moonshine cleaning company unfortunately isn’t cutting it. The coffee shop Grinds at the bottom was perfect and being in the arts and crafts district was fun. The hot tub was fine from what I could tell my kids enjoyed it.

Week of Christmas 2022

Overall cabin was clean, minor items within the house that did not work but nothing major. Driveway a little tricky. Kids enjoyed the arcade games. We as a family enjoyed the hot tub every evening. Great cabin for couples but kids did complain that the pull-out sofas where not that comfortable to sleep on. No condiments (sugar or cooking spices). Cabin was not decorated for Christmas. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The pictures needs to be updated

The gas fireplace is a joke. It was like it was on a timer and at one point we lost electricity. Thank God it was not for a log time since the fireplace was not supplying the heat. The bathroom upstairs has been renovated and while it was beautiful, I was really looking forward to a relaxing bathtub that I saw in the picture. Couldn't use the grill or the pit. Not sure if there was a burn law because I check the government website and it didn't say anything about it.

Thanksgiving Getaway

Perfect location for 4 adults needing a change of scenery for the holiday weekend. We had everything we needed! Felt safe, very clean, and location to Gatlinburg was perfect. Hot tub was very relaxing!! Only issue was that the outside has fire pit was not working. Gas was leaking and didn’t seem safe. Thanks for an enjoyable time.

Driveway is a bit tricky in the dark. No proper lighting. Jacuzzi is not good. Unclean. Lot of dry leaves around the property and the sit-out area. I am not sure how clean were the linen.

Surprising

The cabin is nice. Bring your own toilet paper and paper towels because you will be highly disappointed with what is there. They should leave a rack and broom. We would had racked the leaves 🍁 The yard, driveway and porch was unbelievably covered. We couldn’t even see the driveway. However, it is nice enough. We enjoyed the game area.

Was this a joke?

Upon arrival, the driveway is so rotted out that water runs down it. Spider webs everywhere! The porches were covered in webs, leaves and dirt. The cute pictures must be very outdated because where things look new , they most definitely are dirty, rusted or just don't work. The hot tub was important to us and the cover was moldy looking. The covered patio with the firepit was filthy and no propane to even light it or the grill. I was cleaning with the dollar tree broom they had just so we could enjoy the porch. The inside...my goodness where do I even start. The washing machine had so much gunk and mold smell. The toliets were not cleaned. The toilet paper is 1 ply so fore warn anyone about that. The toilet paper holder was broke. The rugs in the whole house are so dirty and when flipped were brown and yellow and had so much dirt and trash under them. The coffee pot had never been cleaned. The fireplace did not work and that must be known because a portable one was placed beside it which was not acceptable. Fake plants covered in dust. Pool table need replaced, balls roll to center as if broke. No chalk and only 2 pool sticks. Hair on towels and sheets. Old kitchen utensils that were melted and rusted. I made this list while I was there only because of how unbelievable this was. For a 3 night weekend to cost almost one thousand dollars, this is what you get??

First time in Gatlinburg

This cabin was perfect for us, it was a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg, and several small owed shops. Had a great view of a small lake . The driveway was a little tricky but compared to other cabines we passed it was not as bad. The game room upstairs was awesome . Would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful & Private

The stay was great overall. The driveway was difficult in a van or any vehicle that sits a bit low. There was past guests garbage behind the living room couch and fireplace in the bedroom and bathroom garage can. I decided not to touch others garbage so I left it for the cleaning crew my fees paid for. Also, there were no full size sheets for the pullout bed in the loft, so we made do with the twin size that was available. Please address these issues with your cleaning crew, because the next guests may not be as adaptable. Thanks.
