This chalet named "Lič" offers spacious accommodation over three stories and is situated in a tranquil, sunny location, surrounded by countryside yet conveniently located just 1.5 km from the center of Lič and 28 km from the sea in Rijeka, Croatia. The property boasts a private, fenced area of 500 m2, complete with a terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue area. Inside, you'll find modern amenities such as internet WiFi, a sauna, a hot tub, and a washing machine. Parking is available on the premises for up to two cars, making it an ideal vacation rental for those seeking a peaceful retreat with easy access to nearby attractions.  
  
Outdoors:  
The chalet is surrounded by a beautiful outdoor area, including a 25 m2 terrace equipped with garden furniture, perfect for alfresco dining or simply relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. Additionally, there is a barbecue area, allowing you to indulge in the quintessential outdoor cooking experience. The property's fenced area of 500 m2 provides ample space for outdoor activities or simply enjoying the serene surroundings.

Additionally, the nearby cave Vrelo, situated 6.5 km from the property, offers an intriguing natural wonder to explore. For those interested in outdoor recreation, the well-known lake Jezero Bajer is just 3.5 km away, and there's an ice rink within a 17.5 km radius, making it an ideal destination for winter sports enthusiasts.

Unit Layout  
You will enjoy a spacious 3-room chalet that spans 110 square meters across three levels. The upper floor features a living/dining area of 25 square meters with cable TV (flat screen) and air conditioning, providing a comfortable space to relax and dine. This level also includes an open kitchen equipped with an oven, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, and a microwave. Additionally, there is a bath/WC on this floor. The top floor comprises two rooms with sloping ceilings, offering a ceiling height range of 105 to 280 centimeters, each room furnished with a double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm).  
  
Amenities Included  
During your vacation, you can take advantage of various amenities such as air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue area, a Jacuzzi bathtub, heating available from September 1st to May 31st, a microwave, and a television. The chalet can accommodate a maximum capacity of four guests and features two bedrooms and two bathrooms.  
  
Other Information  
The chalet boasts a roofed terrace spanning 18 square meters, providing an outdoor space with terrace furniture and deck chairs. Complimentary WiFi internet access is available throughout the property. On the ground floor, you will find a spa area with a hydro massage bath, an infrared sauna, and additional deck chairs, all included in the price. Please note that one bedroom on the top floor has a small window. The heating system is operational only during the period from September 1st to May 31st.
