Awesome and perfect little spot. I didnt use the stove this trip. Cant wait to visit again. Great StayCation for my husband and I. The home had EVERYTHING you needed. Some TLC can be given to the place...but water HOT, Linen Clean-white-& UNblemished, and home is clean. Bed Comfortable as well. I will LOVE to visit again.

I had a really pleasant time staying at this spot. This property is well kept, Clean, and everything in the unit works. This Studio is equipped with everything you would need for either a short or long stay. A reserved parking spot, full kitchen, utensils, pots and pans for cooking, Kureg coffee machine, dish soap, full size fridge, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, California king size bed, TV, Wifi, tile floors. The unit is a ground floor studio. The area is a very nice side street, Argyle Dr, off Broward Blvd. Very short drive to Downtown Fort Lauderdale, Las Olas, and bars/clubs. the property is also very close to I-95 if you want to drive to Miami about a 30 minute drive south. There is also a police station right on NE 14th which is right down the road which is very nice. At the back of the property there is a river with docked boats and a nice mosaic table and lush palm trees and foliage to lounge at, a very relaxing area. There is also a dunkin dounghts very close by. Overall a very nice spot with convenience and privacy. Im very happy to have chosen to stay here.

I don’t want to bash this property so I will just give facts and pictures. It’s only for someone on an extremely minimal budget. Parking is extremely tight between cars, meaning cars have to offset spacing so their doors can open into the car parked in space 1 or 3. Usually they give you a scrub mommy sponge to clean dishes. This property left a small 3x4 in blue scrub sponge that was used. Someone left their styrofoam drink cup in the fridge. The closet doors don’t open or close because they are broken. You can hear the neighbors conversations clearly on both sides and people walking around on the ceiling. An assortment of hangers in the closet consisted of small, large, broken, metal, plastic and clips. The glassware needed cleaned. The bed moved every time I got into bed. The window air conditioner blew directly on your face. I decided to turn it off and pulled the screen that was completely filled with dirt. If you don’t have money and need a place to stay in the area of Ft Lauderdale then try it but let me know what you think. It needs to be completely removed.

Nice, quiet, clean little property. Was exactly as advertised. I rated “terrible” for communication because Expedia sent me the wrong check in information (wrong instructions, wrong apartment number, wrong WiFi log in, wrong parking number, etc.). This caused a lot of anxiety and stress at check-in time. Not the hosts fault.

Had a fantastic stay! The host was responsive and accommodating, the space was clean and exactly as described, and the location was perfect. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!
