Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Wifi (fiber optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

L appartement est tres bien placé au centre ville d Evian .Cependant en rez de chaussée on y subit une odeur d égoût tres nauséabonde .L appartement est propre dans l ensemble mais loin d etre parfait : vitres sales , congélateur tres sale et linge de lit douteux . La deuxième chambre est encombrée ainsi que les placards des chambres. Les sanitaires etaient tres propres. Le garage est tres etroit mais a le merite d exister
