"Room smells so bad, like a mold (i think it was the bed). we couldn't but heater on because the smell was going stronger and we had to sleep all our clothes on. I've had a really bad allergy and headache after being in that room, so we had to leave that room after one night. we would not have stayed there, but it was new years eve and every other place was full booked. I called the lady who showed us the room and told the problem, she was nice and polite, so i really hope they will do something...

"Location - between Baxio and Belem. A 20 mins train ride to either. Restaurants - Bloom for breakfast and 31 for dinner. Things to do - FX Factory Check In - recommend contacting the property direct via email with reservation number. They will send a link for your access codes. Housekeeping- garbage every day, towels every 3 and sheets every 7. Staff is on site every day. Pool - small but cool. Very nice to lounge and sip wine. Stairs - no elevator so be prepared. The building is old with modern features - it was absolutely amazing!!"

"We stayed on the top floor under the roof. The room had air conditioning, but unfortunately, the bathroom did not. The showerhead was also installed quite low, making it uncomfortable for my husband, who is 6’1”, to shower. One unique feature was the old-fashioned, heavy room key. Be sure not to lose it, as the hotel charges €300 for a replacement! Overall, these are a few things worth noting for future guests, and improving the bathroom comfort would make the stay more enjoyable."
