Excellent location. Lovely room. Friendly and helpful staff. Can be noisy from outside and also hotel is very creaky. Overall enjoyed the stay and would come back/recommend.

Good location at a walk distance to most of sightseeing in Lisbon, and a lot of restaurants around the hotel. The hotel was surprisingly quiet although near the shopping area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. train drivers were on strike when we were in Lisbon. The staff helped us with other options for our travel tours in Portugal.
