They didn't see the need to have a need to have a shuttle stationed at the airport for those guests that needed a ride to the hotel. At their price of a stay, this was an omission.

Close to the airport and the staff is next level. They're helping me recover a lost item on the high-speed train and shipping it to me in the States. Im so grateful they went above and beyond to make my stay stress free.

Perfect stay for an early flight out of Portugal. Good meal in the restaurant. It is near the airport so we did not venture anywhere else but did take the metro out which is conveniently at the airport.

We stayed one night at this hotel to catch an early morning flight and enjoyed our stay. Very nice hotel, good service, great breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, with a short walk to airport terminal.

We had to leave for our flight at 5 am and not only did the shuttle service start at 4 am, but the breakfast buffet started at 4 am. We were very impressed! I highly recommend this hotel if you need a great place to stay near the airport when you have an early flight. An Uber ride into the center of Lisbon was only about 11 Euro.
