The property is really clean and very close to the airport. They offer free airport transfers but I was able to walk to the airport from the hotel. Breakfast was really good and had a variety of items. What I did not like was one of the male front desk staff was very unfriendly to the point he is rude. He made me feel he is annoyed in answering my question. But he was very friendly and all smiles when a younger female guest came to check in. The one male staff with eye glasses that helped me was the total opposite- he greeted and smiled at me, you can see he is really wiling to help out.

I liked this property and its proximity to the airport. The free shuttle and polite shuttle driver were a fantastic bonus! The breakfast buffet was excellent as well. I have never stayed in a room where the toilet and shower were not separated in another room, so the clear glass was a bit of a surprise (since I was sharing with my daughter), but the privacy curtain worked well. There is an on-site restaurant where we grabbed an excellent late lunch, and they offer a buffet dinner, but we settled on Uber Eats! I highly recommend it, and I would stay again if ever in Lisbon.

The location is so close to the airport, walking distance a plus! The staff were friendly, the room was small but had all l needed for the night. Had breakfast in the morning, a fantastic variety, the hotel was so clean! I would recommend the Star Hotel to my friends ! Thank you to the staff at the Hotel for making it a fantastic experience, for an older woman travelling on her own!

Great and convenient stay before flying out to the airport. Very comfortable rooms which let us catch up on some well needed rest. Breakfast was delicious, plentiful, and generous. Our car shuttle was running late and a couple of people walked to the airport. Considering this was one of the main reasons we booked our stay at this property it was a little disappointing but we still managed to get to the airport in a timely manner.

Walking distance from the airport. There is also a shuttle bus to & fro the airport. Good place to take a good night rest if you have a long lay over. Love they have buffet breakfast starting at 2 AM, which means you can grab some food before your next flight. Very comfortable rooms with free wi-fi.

Super convenient for the airport and much cleaner than I expected. Parking is frustrating, you park and then pay at the front desk but that is not clear at all. We paid and then still had to go back upstairs twice because it didn’t update. Bed was comfortable and the layout worked for our family with connecting rooms.
