The house was very clean, and everything in great condition. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. I am giving 5 stars because it is a very nice place however, I did have a few things that could have made the experience top notch - the beds were way too firm/hard, the railing on the second story deck was loose and is a safety issue for sure, and the master bedroom ceiling fan cannot be put on high because it squeaks so bad. Before check in, we were notified there was a leak in the garage so maintenance tore a whole in the ceiling of the garage to repair leak. In the garage, not a problem. When we arrived we learned you had to walk through the garage to access 3rd bedroom. The 3rd bedroom is far from habitable. We found spiders and bugs in that room. The bathroom was a joke. You had to step up 10 inches to get to the toilet. Then step sideways around the toilet to access the shower. Your knees hit the wall in front of you when using the toilet. The view of the harbor is good but the listing was misleading at best. It advertised 3 bdrms when only 2 were habitable. Very, very disappointed with our stay. ##### deb s. We stayed last year and the best part was the boat lift. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in this year and it had been totally remodeled!! Loved everything about this place with the exception of the first floor bathroom. It’s definitely not safe for an older person. We had put my mother in law in the bottom floor bedroom and was very concerned for her safety. The drop off is literally 2ft from the toilet to the floor. That’s the only downfall to this place. If you have teens it’s not that much of an issue. Hopefully the new owners will address it in time. Love this place and location!! Will definitely be back.
