Spend time with family and friends on the multi-level deck that is perfect for outdoor dining or socializing. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen that has everything guests will need. This home has three levels of living space and is perfect for guests to spread out, have privacy and make the best beach memories.

What's nearby:
The white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are just a short walk from this home. Enjoy building sandcastles and watching for playful dolphins in the surf. Dine at any of the nearby restaurants that offer local seafood and other menu items. If you're planning on getting some souvenirs for your friends back home, you'll find plenty of charming local shops nearby. And if you're looking for some family-friendly fun, head just two miles east to spend the day at Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park! Call the Destin Water Taxi and head to one of several harbor restaurants and bars for a small fee for an alternate way of transportation.

Misleading at best.
Before check in, we were notified there was a leak in the garage so maintenance tore a whole in the ceiling of the garage to repair leak. In the garage, not a problem. When we arrived we learned you had to walk through the garage to access 3rd bedroom. The 3rd bedroom is far from habitable. We found spiders and bugs in that room. The bathroom was a joke. You had to step up 10 inches to get to the toilet. Then step sideways around the toilet to access the shower. Your knees hit the wall in front of you when using the toilet. The view of the harbor is good but the listing was misleading at best. It advertised 3 bdrms when only 2 were habitable. Very, very disappointed with our stay.

Came in for a week with family. Had an awesome time! This condo is super clean and accommodating. Great location!! Easy in and out of the harbor If you have a boat. Neighboring condo owners very friendly. We will be back!

Great location
Really great stay in newly renovated townhome with nice cottage feeling right on the bayside in Destin. Good walking distance to super beach, especially Noriega point with crystal clear water. My only problem was getting into the place because the lockbox key code did not work properly and then trying to get hold of the vacasa call center was tooo long waiting on phone.
