You will be one block from Sloan's Lake, six blocks from Empower Field, and seven blocks from Meow Wolf. From there, take the bike path along the Platte River into Confluence Park and downtown. This marvelous and unique retreat enjoys three beautifully decorated interior levels and a decked-out rooftop patio with views of Downtown Denver and Sloan's Lake is perfect for entertaining a large crowd before hitting the city or relaxing after returning from a day in the mountains. The lower level enjoys a piano where you can play your favorite tunes and a cozy den/bedroom with an electric guitar available for you as well. The musicians in your group better be ready to treat you all to beautiful melodies and songs. Climb up the stairs to reach the main level of the home, where a modern and unique open floor plan awaits. You will be surrounded by gorgeous and lush plants. Prepare exquisite culinary masterpieces in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances. The living area offers a great spot to unwind after a delicious meal and stream favorite shows or movies on the smart TV. There are an Xbox and board games available for added entertainment. This level also enjoys a primary bedroom with a Murphy bed and an en suite bathroom.
