"The room was spotless. It has a 50” inch TV with plenty of options on what to watch. It was really refreshingly good. Plus the absence of rugs on the floor is a plus. It smelt fresh. I really enjoyed my stay. Only down side is that you have to pay to park in the hotel. Besides that it was well worth it! 9/10"

"I had an absolutely wonderful time at RIU Hotel in Jamaica. From the moment I arrived, everything felt like a dream. The entire experience was simply unforgettable. The food was beyond amazing ….. every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The variety was incredible, and I enjoyed every single bite. The drinks were perfectly made, refreshing, and always served with a smile. Customer service? Top-tier. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. They truly made me feel valued and welcomed throughout my stay. And my hotel room ….wow! It was stunning. Clean, spacious, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax after a day of enjoying the beach and sunshine. Oh my God… I am definitely going back again soon. Jamaica stole my heart! 🇯🇲✨"

"Room was clean and staff was very friendly … I liked the restaurant attached, the stay includes free breakfast each morning in the restaurant ..not you typical hotel breakfast buffet..very good …a little store or vending machines for drinks and snacks would be a nice addition and added benefit for guests . Overall we had a good experience and would recommend this hotel to friends and family going to visit Niagara .."
