No! STAY AWAY!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. You don't get entry instructions until morning of. Dirty carpet on stairs. Nasty bathroom sink. Dead bugs in kitchen. Socks turned brown on bottom while walking around the house. Charges a cleaning fee, and requests that you do the dishes and take out the trash! Ha! A hotel is a better choice. Dust bunnies and hair balls found in corners. Comforter ripped. No top sheet! Fitted sheet was dirty and had hair on it from previous guest! Had to run to WalMart a buy new sheets. Says safe for toddlers. It's not. Dangerous stair railing, not to code. Electrical sockets missing face plates. City needs to inspect this place! WiFi was down on first night. Worked in the morning. Several light bulbs burned out, or not working. No batteries in remote. 2 apartments, 1 driveway. Coordinate travel with your new neighbor! Parking is tight! Loud traffic/sirens. Bring a fan to drown out the noise. Bad knees? Don't stay here. Steep driveway, steep stairs. In the kitchen, there's a small chalkboard that says "Thank you!". Previous guest scratched it out and wrote "FU!" Yard not mowed, and more! It's a shame. This place has so much potential, but the host simply could care less. We talked to our neighbors and they described their rental as a "Scam." Do yourself a favor, and stay someplace else. There is no way I'd recommend this place to a friend! Stay away! I would request a refund, but I want everyone to see this review!

Rundown with lots of traffic
We needed a cheap place near I-75 and Museum Center and we got it. Apartment is old and does NOT sleep 3. I never received an email/text regarding check-in so had to call. Driveway is very steep and off a main road with traffic 24/7. From past reviews, we brought an air mattress. I sent an email when I made reservation for extra linens and never received response. When I called for check in details and asked for linens again, gentleman told me there was an extra sheet (that is usually for the queen size bed). Also, there was coffee supplies, but no coffeemaker. There were exactly 3 mismatched bath towels and 3 washclothes but nowhere to hang them in the bathroom. Next time,I'll spend extra $$ for a hotel.

Quaint
This location was located in a quiet area. The space was very quaint. You will need to bring an air mattress and extra blankets. You will also need to bring your own toilet paper. Pros: quiet area, easy entry Cons: insufficient bedding(for more than 3ppl), 1bathroom on first level
