This was a terrible experience
We were remodeling our home and had to move out for 2 week while our floor were being done and with 2 cats and 2 dogs we were limited on a short term rental. We were excited to find this place so close to the airport since I work there. On the day we checked in we were give the wrong code for the lock box and were unable to stay that 1st night because we were unable to get a hold of anyone. The next day we were given another code and we were able to enter the property. We were never refunded for the 1st night. We asked 5 times and were called liars incredibly rude and unprofessional. The whole building reeks of cigarette smoke, the apartment smelled it was sickening. The tenant up stair would stomp around upstairs for HOURS on end. You could not connect to Netflix or any other streaming service on the TV and there was never enough hot water to take a shower. I presumed it was on some kind of timer. If it were not for our predicament I would NEVER continued to stay there. Luxury apartment, not even close!
